Smiles points are valid for 24 months.
There are three Smiles tiers - Silver, Gold and Diamond. For each AED 1 spent on eligible e& valid services, Silver tier members earn 1 Smiles point, 2 Smiles points for Gold, and up to 10 Smiles points for Diamond members.

Go to the Smiles Unlimited section in the app, tap “Manage Subscription,” and select “Cancel.” Your benefits will stay active until the current cycle ends.
Currently, we support credit & debit cards, Apple Pay, Add To Bill (e& users only) and Deduct From Balance (e& users only).
This feature is not yet available. You can cancel and re-subscribe anytime to continue your membership.
Yes, for Food Delivery the order must be AED 30 or above after applying discounts. For Grocery Delivery the order must be AED 50 or above after applying discounts.
Go to the Deals section in the Smiles app, search for offers, and tap to download any pay-to-get Buy 1 Get 1 deal for FREE —no limits on how many you can download.
Yes! Look for the “Member Exclusive” label—these are better-than-usual offers available only to Smiles Unlimited subscribers. We also run promotions for members only from time to time. Stay subscribed and never miss out!
In the Smiles app, visit the Smiles Unlimited page to view your current status, next billing date, and payment method.

Yes. Go to “Manage Subscription” and click on 'Change' on your payment method currently selected to update your payment details.

Browse Dine-In offers in the app, choose your restaurant, and redeem the Buy 1 Get 1 Free or discount voucher before ordering. Show the voucher at the restaurant, enjoy your meal, and earn Smiles Points on eligible transactions.
Smiles Market is our in-app store for groceries, fresh produce, household products, and daily essentials. Orders are delivered straight to your door, and Smiles Unlimited members enjoy free delivery on eligible orders. Every purchase earns Smiles Points.
