Go to Rewards Exchange on the Smiles app, choose the loyalty programme to link to Smiles, enter membership ID and proceed to link..
Go to Rewards Exchange on the Smiles app, choose the memberships, enter the number of points/miles to exchange and proceed to convert.
Conversion will take effect instantly and seamlessly and the converted points/miles will get reflected in real-time.
