Terms & Conditions

  1. Campaign Period: The "Smiles Playoffs: Gold Run" campaign is valid from 08th July 2026 until 11:59 PM (UAE Time) on 19th July 2026. Transactions completed after this specific cut-off time will not be considered.
  2. Eligibility: The campaign is open exclusively to registered Smiles App users residing within the United Arab Emirates. Employees of e&, Smiles, and JoyAlukkas (along with their immediate family members) are strictly ineligible to participate or claim prizes.
  3. Qualifying Transactions: Only successful, fully settled transactions completed strictly within the following five (5) app categories will count toward a user's final score: Food Delivery, Grocery Delivery, Home Services and Deals. Payments made via Smiles points redemption counts toward the qualifying cash spend total ; however wallet cashbacks do not count toward the qualifying cash spend total.
  4. Cumulative Spend Logic: This campaign is a pure volume and value race. There are no raffles, lucky draws, or elements of chance. Every individual transaction a user places within the qualifying categories across all the active campaign days will be added up into a single cumulative total per User ID.
  5. Winner Determination: Following the final cut-off on 19th July, the Smiles data and analytics team will pull the absolute final transaction logs.
    • The single highest verified unique spender will be crowned the 1st Place Winner for the 22K Golden Boot sponsored by Joyalukkas.
    • The second-highest verified unique spender will be crowned the 2nd Place Winner for the 22K Golden Ball sponsored by Joyalukkas.
  6. Tie-Breaker Rule: In the event that two or more users achieve the exact same cumulative spend amount at the close of the campaign, the user who achieved that specific final total calculation earliest in timestamp order (hh:mm:ss:ms) will be awarded the higher position.
  7. Prize Fulfillment: The 1st Place Winner will receive one (1) sponsored 22K Gold Boot, and the 2nd Place Winner will receive one (1) sponsored 22K Gold Ball. Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or app points.
  8. The Distribution Ceremony: Winners will be contacted directly via registered email and phone number within 7 business days post-campaign audit. The winners will receive a digital credential in their "My Vouchers" tab and are required to attend an official, live prize distribution ceremony at a designated flagship JoyAlukkas outlet or Smiles UAE office in the UAE to claim their physical trophies.
  9. Disqualification & Auditing: Smiles reserves the right to audit all transactional logs for fraudulent behavior, artificial spend inflation, or canceled orders. Any accounts found processing canceled or refunded orders to manipulate the standings will be instantly disqualified from the campaign.
  10. Publicity & Media Consent: By participating in this campaign and accepting the prize, the winners explicitly grant Smiles by e& and JoyAlukkas the permanent, royalty-free right to use their names, likeness, photographs, and video footage captured during the prize distribution ceremony. This content may be published across both brands' official websites, social media channels, press releases, and print/digital marketing materials for promotional and PR purposes without further compensation, notice, or approval.
